Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction matters more than that perfect tailwhip, so we make the process as smooth as our Pro Scooter Wheels.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Deck Tape (once applied, it’s yours for life)
  • Protective Gear (for hygiene reasons after use)
  • Any customized or personalized items

How to Return Your Gear

Follow these steps to return items smoother than fresh bearings:

Step 1: Contact Our Rider-Support

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our rider-support team will respond faster than you can say “barspin” (usually within 24 hours) with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (3469 Ward Road, El Paso, US 79936)

Step 3: Ship It Back

Pack your return securely (original packaging preferred) and ship to our warehouse. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Insuring valuable items like Pro Scooters or Long Boards
  • Including all original tags and accessories

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want to swap those Trucks for a different size? Need different Pro Scooter Wheels? No problem!

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Clearly state you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process once we receive your return

Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Complete Pro Scooter arrives with issues or your Bearings sound rougher than a beginner’s grind:

  2. Include photos/videos of the damage
  3. We’ll send a replacement or refund – no return needed!

International Returns

For riders outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Use EMS for most cost-effective returns
